In a commanding performance, the Cal State Fullerton Titans women's basketball team triumphed over Hope International University with a score of 81-51, marking Head Coach John Bonner's inaugural victory. The Titans established an impressive lead early in the game, shooting 42.9% overall while limiting Hope to just 36%. The team capitalized on their opponents' 31 turnovers, converting them into 33 points, and dominated the paint with 40 points scored inside. Leading the Titans was Cristina Jones with 23 points and 7 rebounds, supported by Maddy Tauro's 11 points and 6 boards. The Titans began the game with a remarkable 18-0 run, holding Hope to a mere 6.7% shooting in the first quarter.
